Shipping Policy
We use the most reliable delivery service including:
UPS
USPS

In-stock items ordered before 3pm PDT will be dispatched the same day. Your order may be split shipped in two or more parcels and may arrive separately.

Delivery Time
Most deliveries to major cities will take 1-2 business days, whilst it could take up to 5 business days for more remote areas.

If you have not received your order within 3 business days, please contact logistics @panaxea.com. We will investigate and get back to you as soon as we can.
